Overall supervision and management at road paving project sites, including: - On-site surveying and setting-out - Work planning / basic design coordination - Arranging manpower and heavy equipment - Schedule and safety management - Preparing completion and as-built documentation

Creation of machining programmes, review of machining processes, Explanation to on-site operators.

(1)(2): Start with production work using manual and CNC machines. General safety, hygiene, and workplace training are mandatory. You will learn machining in practice and gradually take on process improvement and management. (3): Improve and develop in-house production process management / EDP software and customize it for external customers in the Japan–India market.

To develop absorbent products such as baby goods, you will verify customer usage patterns on-site, create prototypes based on hypothesis testing, and conduct evaluation tests. Future role includes leading teams as a team leader.
