(1)(2): Start with production work using manual and CNC machines. General safety, hygiene, and workplace training are mandatory. You will learn machining in practice and gradually take on process improvement and management.
(3): Improve and develop in-house production process management / EDP software and customize it for external customers in the Japan–India market.
Selection Processes:
After initial document screening, we conduct a first interview with a technical lead. The first interview includes a short written test to confirm basic knowledge. Then, an executive interview is held and the hiring decision is made. The first/final interviews are conducted at our office in Kochi, Kerala, and a factory tour can be arranged.
